Hollywood lies are myths about life and love promoted in Hollywood movies.

One common theme is that of the gay Cupid, the young homosexual man who promotes the (heterosexual) romance between a woman who likes him, and another man. See "Mean Girls" and "My Best Friend's Wedding".
