The Ground Zero Mosque (officially Park51 and formerly the Cordoba House) is a proposed Muslim house of worship a very short distance away from the former World Trade Center which was destroyed by Muslims on 9/11, killing thousands of Christians. Most Americans (except some liberals) are against the construction of this monstrosity, rightly seeing it as an insult to those who died in the terrorist attacks. President Obama supports its construction, siding with Muslims over Christians, as usual.
Sarah Palin said "To build a mosque at Ground Zero is a stab in the heart of the families of the innocent victims of those horrific attacks."[1]
