On October 20, 2020, [[Attorney General]] [[William P. Barr]] announced an [[antitrust]] action initiated by the [[Department of Justice]] (DOJ) under the [[Sherman Anti-Trust Act]]for Google's anti-competative practices. In the statement the DOJ said:
