Goodwin Liu is an American Associate Dean and Professor of Law at UC Berkeley School of Law,[1] which is a heavily liberal school.[2] This gives support to the idea that Liu is a radical liberal, likely even socialist. Liu is currently Barack Obama's nominee fulfill a vacancy for 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Liu is an advocate of affirmative action, gun control, and many other liberal causes that places him on the far left.[3] Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions has stated that " Liu [...] is the most left-leaning judicial nominee that the Obama White House has sent to the Senate."
