In Forsyth County, Georgia, Biden overperformed Obama’s 2012 performance by 189.64% or 27,632 votes. Granted the county has seen a 60% registered voter increase since 2012, but Biden’s performance in that county, with a total registered population of approximately 172,000, singularly delivered Georgia to Biden.

Voters were unable to cast machine ballots for a couple of hours in Morgan and Spalding counties after the electronic devices crashed, state officials said. The companies “uploaded something last night, which is not normal, and it caused a glitch,” said Marcia Ridley, elections supervisor at Spalding County Board of Election. That "glitch" prevented poll workers from using the pollbooks to program smart cards that the voters insert into the voting machines. “That is something that they don’t ever do. I’ve never seen them update anything the day before the election,” Ridley said. The Dominion system used in Georgia erodes and undermines the reconciliation of the number of voters and the number of ballots cast, opening the door to ballot stuffing and fraud. The collapse of reconciliation was seen in Georgia’s primary and runoff elections this year, and in the November 2020 election, where it was discovered during the hand audit that 3,300 votes were found on memory sticks that were not uploaded on election night, plus in Floyd county, another 2,600 absentee ballots had not been scanned.
