GA-37 is an Executive Order by Texas Governor Greg Abbott "relating to the transportation of migrants during the COVID-19 disaster.'

It was temporarily enjoined, pending a hearing on a motion by the Biden Administration for a preliminary injunction, in United States v. Texas (Aug. 3, 2021).
