Frank E. Hook

Frank Eugene Hook (b. Francis Eugene Hook,[1] May 26, 1893 – June 21, 1982) was a Michigan Democrat who was the only member of his party to represent the Upper Peninsula of the state in the U.S. House of Representatives.
