Essay:Greatest Conservative Non-fiction Books

Despite many of today's non-fiction books being overrun by liberal bias, deceit, and distortion, there are still some great conservative non-fiction books that promote true conservative values.

  1. The Bible - The infallible Word of God, as put to paper by prophets of the Old Testament as well as the Saints and Apostles of the New Testament, from which most, if not all, conservative values originate
  2. The Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith - The classic guide to capitalism and an explanation of the necessity of free trade
  3. Wealth and Poverty, by George Gilder - The bestselling promotion of free enterprise timed with the beginning of the Reagan Administration
  4. The Conscience of a Conservative by Barry Goldwater - describes the selfless values of conservatism
  5. Feminist Fantasies by Phyllis Schlafly - about the deceitful, anti-Christian movement of feminism
  6. A Choice, Not An Echo by Phyllis Schlafly - about how the anti-conservative liberal wing of the Republican Party manipulated the party's choice of nominees in the typical liberal fashion
  7. The Road to Serfdom, by Friedrich Hayek - a warning of the dangers of Central planning regardless of ideology: socialism, communism, fascism, etc.
  8. The Burden of Bad Ideas by Heather MacDonald - how modern "intellectuals" hurt our society
  9. McCarthy and His Enemies by William F. Buckley, Jr. and L. Brent Bozell III - defends American patriot Joe McCarthy in his fight against communist infiltration of this great country
  10. Notes of Debates in the Federal Convention of 1787, by James Madison - first hand account of the proceedings which created the United States Constitution.
  11. Federalist Papers, by John Jay, Alexander Hamilton, and James Madison - published in book form in 1788, together with the debate notes these essays explain the functions and the limited role of the federal government.
  12. Two Treatises of Government, by John Locke - a succinct philosophical explanation of Natural Law: God's Law. Directly influenced the Declaration of Independence.
  13. Eat the Rich by PJ O'Rourke - An examination of the relative merits of capitalism and socialism through four case studies: Good Capitalism (USA), "Bad Capitalism" (Albania), "Good socialism" (Sweden) and Bad socialism (Cuba)
  14. The New Answers Book by Ken Ham - gives comprehensive, biblical creationist answers to twenty-five important questions concerning the Bible and creation/evolution (four volumes)
  15. The Genesis Flood by Dr. Henry Morris and Dr. John Whitcomb - influential book promoting a literal, or natural, reading of Genesis
  16. An American Life by President Ronald Reagan - autobiography of a true conservative patriot and one of the United States' greatest president
  17. 10 Books That Screwed Up the World: And 5 Others That Didn't Help by Benjamin Wiker- a quick education on the worst ideas in human history—and how we can avoid them in the future.
  18. Reflections on the Revolution in France by Edmund Burke - A deep analysis of French Revolution and the reasons it is called evil.

  23. The Strange Death of Europe by Douglas Murray - shows how left-wing and globalist policies are destroying European society
  24. Special autographed edition of War Stories: Heroism in the Pacific by Oliver North - A collection of heroic stories at South Pacific in world war 2, a book about Patriotism, Duties and Self-sacrifice.
  25. First Navy Jack Flag by Collectible - A history of United States’ Navy.
  26. The Rise and Demise of the British World Order and Lessons for Global Power by Niall Ferguson- From the Leftists, they had robbed the Spaniards, beaten the French and plundered the Indians. But there should always have an answer to the question "why"?
  27. The Light and the Glory By Peter Marshall - Shows how God has been influencing and blessing the U.S. from the very beginning
  28. Every book written by Michael Savage - He consistently defends traditional values including the American dream and the idea of pulling yourself up by your bootstraps, criticizes the decay of morals in our society, and refuses to be politically correct about Islamic terrorism.
  29. Assault and Flattery: The Truth About the Left and Their War on Women By Katie Pavlich - Shows how liberals are really the sexist pigs they like to claim conservatives are.
  30. Dangerous By Milo Yiannopoulos - It's about confronting campus radicals and was inspired by the riots in Berkeley in response to him being invited to speak. The book deconstructs professor values and makes fun of the snowflake mentality present in millennials.
  31. Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism by Max Weber - This highly influential treatise glorifies capitalism and Christianity (Protestantism in particular) as well as hard work and disdain for leisure.
