Daniel Brandt is best known for founding the site Wikipedia Watch, which caused scandals by revealing identities of Wikipedians.[1]
Wikipedia biography deletion wheel-war and arbitration case
Brandt's article on Wikipedia was repeatedly deleted and restored, which eventually led to an arbitration case before the Arbitration Committee;[2] this practice on Wikipedia is known as "wheel-warring", and is "looked down" upon by the Wikipedia community.[3]
Thrice in October 2005, Brandt's article was deleted for notability reasons;[4] this was not part of the conflict.[2]
