The Biden Putsch
Biden openly hinted at intent to commit treason and insurrection, with aid from the Democrat Party, by claiming that four former joint chiefs of staff are ready to act, referring to four former chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and now retired generals and admirals — Retired Navy Admiral Mike Mullen, Retired Army General Martin Dempsey, Retired Air Force General Richard Myers, and Retired Army General Colin Powell — who have publicly criticized Trump’s notice that he may use federal troops to quell the Leftist insurrection if necessary, protect lives, and restore calm.

Biden suggested that retired generals who publicly criticized the current elected president may be pressed into action by Biden to enforce the results of an election. Biden seemed to suggest that Biden can decide if Trump could only be reelected illegitimately. He apparently believes he has the support of the military, active and retired, to depose Trump. As disclosures mounted that outgoing Vice President Biden himself in 2017 thought that he and his administration had a right to surveil the 2016 Trump campaign and Trump transition. Biden himself requested the unmasking of an American citizen in subsequent intelligence transcripts; the name had been redacted and was then illegally leaked to the press. Biden was part of an Obama team that approved spying on General Michael Flynn, Trump’s designated national security adviser — all justified on the notion of “Russian collusion” that at that time had already been debunked by the Obama administration’s own FBI.

Regulations prohibit retired generals and admirals from disparaging the current commander in chief. The relevant regulations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice are more explicit about what constitutes clearly unacceptable behavior for retired generals still receiving government pay and perks.

In 1992 President George H.W. Bush characterized the riots in Los Angeles over the beating of Rodney King as mob-like:

As commander in chief, Bush ordered 4,500 Marine combat troops into the city to quell the violence. And he added of the order,

At the time of the 1992 riots, Bush’s chairman of the joint chiefs, who oversaw the dispatch of the federal Marines into Los Angeles, was General Colin Powell. Powell, who now criticized Trump for even considering the use federal troops, reportedly told Bush of his request for federal troops to quell a domestic disturbance, “All you’ve got to do is say it.”

For the first time in modern memory, lots of media venues and essayists have openly discussed the possibility that the President Trump might be the object of a coup, warnings issued both prior to and after President Trump’s election, from both Americans and foreign observers, and then again in reaction to politically partisan declarations of disdain from the retired generals and admirals.  They made no specific charges that the president had violated the Constitution while daily more evidence surfaced of the Obama administration’s efforts to sabotage a campaign, a presidential transition, and the early months of the new Trump administration.

It is not just retired military officers who voice barely veiled concerns that Trump is beyond the pale and has wrecked the Constitution and should leave “the sooner, the better” (as retired admiral William McRaven put it in 2019). High-ranking intelligence and investigatory officials under the guise of constitutionalism have deemed Donald Trump and his administration, at least in their own individual exalted estimations, existential threats that require extra-constitutional means to defeat.

Rarely have the former head of the CIA (John Brennan), the top echelon of the FBI (James Comey and Andrew McCabe), and the former director of national intelligence (James Clapper) — none of them elected officials — become the subject of criminal investigations by federal attorneys for a number of possible federal crimes, whose essence was aborting a presidential transition and later a presidency.

In 2018, the retired director of the CIA tweeted of the President, in the larger context of the now repudiated Russian hoax and, in particular, the firing of Andrew McCabe from the FBI,

Brennan, prior to Trump’s presidency, admitted to lying under oath to Congress on two occasions.  Former U.N. ambassador Samantha Power tweeted a snarky assent,

“Not a good idea to piss off John Brennan.”

That echoed Senate Minority leader Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer’s earlier warning:

Blue state Civil War, also known as the Transition Integrity Project, Deep State coup 3.0, or the Biden Putsch is an effort by the Democratic National Committee to steal the 2020 Presidential election through mail-in voter fraud.

On June 10, 2020 on the The Daily Show with Trevor Noah Democratic presidential nominee Joseph R. Biden implied that if Democrat Party officials nationwide stuffed the ballot box to defeat incumbent President Donald Trump,[4] Biden was already in collusion with disgruntled retired military officials to stage an illegal coup to remove President Trump from office before a contested election could be resolved.[5][6][7] Biden said,

“I promise you, I am absolutely convinced they will escort [Trump] from the White House with great dispatch.”

Ballot harvesting has become the tool of choice by Democrats to steal elections.[8] Mail-in ballots have been used for voter fraud.[9]

Presidential Transition Enhancement Act of 2019

In the case of Bush v. Gore the Supreme Court “ruled that the use of different standards of counting in different counties violated the Equal Protection Clause, and ruled that no alternative method could be established within the time limit set by Title 3 of the United States Code”. The Presidential Transition Enhancement Act of 2019 changed Title 3—Chapter 1—Section 1 to read: “The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed, in each State, on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every fourth year succeeding every election of a President and Vice President”. In the 2020 Presidential election, each State must appoint their electors by the following Tuesday on 10 November, 2020.

Transition Integrity Project

Democrats held a simulation in June 2020 on how to drive President Trump from office if he wins. They called it “Transition Integrity Project ” and it has nothing to do with integrity and everything to do with stealing back a lost election.

“All of our scenarios ended in both street-level violence and political impasse,” Rosa Brooks, a Georgetown law professor told the press. “The law is essentially…it’s almost helpless against a president who’s willing to ignore it.”

By “ignore” she means not bow to Democrats. By “law” she means Democrat election cheating.

“Scenario exercises don’t predict the future,” she said, adding, “They explore possible futures: some of the ‘what ifs.’ Our scenario exercises did not end in good places, but it’s important to note that this does not mean that there is something inevitable about chaos and constitutional crisis in the coming months — just that these particular exercises suggest that these are real possibilities.”

She’s training the media and the Democrats on what to say and how to react to a Trump victory or a Biden win by cheating. Her goal is to legitimize the cheating. This session also serves to prime the pump of public opinion and get America used to talking about ousting President Trump, no matter the real election result. Brooks said,

“The goal of the exercises was not to give people nightmares, but rather to identify possible inflection points to prevent or mitigate catastrophic outcomes to the 2020 presidential election. … I think the exercises led to some important insights, one being that forewarned is forearmed; in all our exercises, events unfolded very quickly in the days after the election, and those who had thought in advance about the ‘what ifs’ were better positioned to respond than those who had not.”

Through her obfuscation it is evident what this entire meeting was: Democrat election cheating and stealing boot camp. The “respond” she has in mind is to a legitimate Trump victory. The ostensible reason for the training is a scenario where Trump won’t leave office after a loss. But the actual goal of those who attended is to kill a Trump victory, with the help of the media, in any way they can.[10]

Former U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy wrote on the fake basis for the meeting: “There is no rational reason to indulge the anti-Trump hallucination of a defeated president holed up in the Oval Office refusing to leave. If ever any president were to try such an inane thing after the constitutionally mandated divestment of executive authority, he or she would be escorted from the premises — hopefully, with whatever dignity could still be mustered under the circumstances.”

Marxist junta scenario

Marxist subversives John Nagl and Paul Yingling, two veterans of U.S. military service, penned an open letter to chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley chalk full of Democrat fake news talking points in support of the Marxist insurrection and advocating oath breaking.[11] Nagl and Yingling wrote:

"America’s political and legal institutions have so atrophied that they are ill-prepared for this moment. Senate Republicans, already reduced to supplicant status, will remain silent and inert, as much to obscure their complicity as to retain their majority. The Democrat-led House of Representatives will certify the Electoral College results, which Mr. Trump will dismiss as fake news. The courts, flooded with cases from both Democrats and Mr. Trump’s legal team, will take months working through the docket, producing reasoned rulings that Trump will alternately appeal and ignore...
At this moment of Constitutional crisis, only two options remain. Under the first, U.S. military forces escort the former president from the White House grounds. Trump’s little green men, so intimidating to lightly armed federal law enforcement agents, step aside and fade away, realizing they would not constitute a good morning’s work for a brigade of the 82nd Airborne. Under the second, the U.S. military remains inert while the Constitution dies. The succession of government is determined by extralegal violence between Trump’s private army and street protesters; Black Lives Matter Plaza becomes Tahrir Square."[12]
