Louis Auguste Blanqui

Blanquism is a form of socialism that rejects the Marxist concept of the dictatorship of the proletariat, instead the idea is that a small cadre if insider elites, highly organized and sometimes even organized in secret as conspirators, are the real force of Socialist revolution.

The concept is attributed to Louis Auguste Blanqui, a French Socialist.
