Dorothy Ann Willis Richards (September 1, 1933 – September 13, 2006) was an American politician from Texas. She was the state treasurer of Texas from 1983 to 1991 and then the Governor of Texas from 1991 to 1995, being defeated in her reelection bid by George W. Bush. To date, she is the last Democrat to serve as Texas Governor.
Her daughter Cecile Richards served as past president of Planned Parenthood.
