Jane & Finch is the name for an infamous neighborhoods near Downtown [[Toronto]]. Established in the 1960s as a vicinity for [[public housing]] developments put forward by the [[Liberal]]s, a substantial increase in crimes and gang related incidents was witnessed in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s.

The vast majority of the population consists of racial minorities who the liberals hatefully label as "At Risk" or "High Risk" youth, persons under the age of 20, single parent families (divorced fathers), and troubled teens attending dangerous, under performing schools. As early as the 1970s, it was portrayed as a hub for drug dealing, gang membership, and violent crime. It has an extremely high crime rate, an extremely high population of families with children under the age of 16, and its hospitalizations for trauma related injuries are among the highest in Toronto.

At the same time, illegal gun ownership among the local thugs is very high.
