He has acknowledged the reality of human-created global warming, and supports civil unions for ''all'' couples, whether heterosexual or homosexual. On Comedy Central's ''The Colbert Report'', Stephen Colbert purports to play an over-the-top parody of the conservative pundits archetyped by O'Reilly.

BCE is the abbreviated form of the term "Before Common Era", a non-Christ-referencing equivalent of BC (= Before Christ.) Use of the term BCE is rampant on [[Wikipedia]]. It is generally used by those trying to be [[political correctness|politically correct]] and by [[secular humanists]].

That was fast! I personally consider the terms BCE and CE silly and don't use them. I see no reason however to offend those who are uncomfortable with the conventional terms BC and AD. No one who uses the neutral terms BCE and CE objects to others continuing to use the traditional terms if they prefer them. You however, and the founder of this site, apparently are so insecure in your faith that you can't tolerate even this bland, harmless challenge. Who exactly is being Politically Correct? For the record, brief though it no doubt will be, here is my original definition of the term BCE:
