An alien is a person who is of another family, race, nation or planet than the people among whom he or she lives. Alien can also mean someone from [[outer space]], and this is often the image that one conjures in ones mind when one thinks about the word Alien. Aliens in this sense exist only in [[fiction]], though no one knows whether other races have been created by God on other planetary systems.

NASA has confirmed that one of the one's likely signs of being an alien (in the sence of one) is that they often have poor grammical skills and have an over riding sence of self.
