Biblical reference
Should the article include a reference to the fact that, although the Bible prohibits male homosexuality, there is no similar prohibition in relation to lesbianism? I have often wondered why that was. Perhaps God is like Queen Victoria and just cannot believe that such things go on. --HGridley 22:41, 28 October 2008 (EDT)
: I disagree! HGridley doesn't know what he is talking about. God is all-seeing (unlike Queen Victoria). He knows that such things go on. In any case the Bible does say that lesbianism is an abomination. The suggested edit should therefore not be made. This article should remain locked so that people like HGridley cannot insert their liberal bias. --HGridley 16:52, 10 November 2008 (EST)
:: No, no, no! HGridley is wrong. The Bible says no such thing. God has no objection to lesbianism. It's male homosexuals that He is down on. In any case HGridley should be blocked for "talk, talk, talk". Just take a look at his/her contributions. --HGridley 17:37, 10 November 2008 (EST)
Health issues: Imprecise wording
In April of 2007, the American Journal of Public Health analyzed data... - that's probably imprecise. The journal only did the publishing, not the actual analysis. At least, that's the usual way with scientific articles - scientists do the work and then try to find a journal willing to publish the results. Most likely, the scientists weren't hired by the journal to do this specific study, and probably they weren't even paid by the journal, either. I'd suggest rewording the sentence to:
:In April of 2007, a study analyzing data from the 2002 National Survey of Family Growth was published in the American Journal of Public Health. The data suggested that lesbian women were 2.69 times more likely...
Maybe we could also mention the authors of the study, but I don't really think that adds any value to the article. Yoritomo 12:15, 12 December 2009 (EST)

Public school tyranny consists of liberal public school administrators engaging in exaggerated control and punishment of children, perhaps to make the administrators feel powerful. For example, a 12-year-old Hispanic girl in Queens, NY was removed from school in handcuffs after doodling on her desk. The principal reportedly told the schoolgirl's mother that policy required the arrest. The principal's boss said the principal was "mistaken".

It is frequently employed to prevent free-thinking students from expressing views at variance with liberal orthodoxies.fact

Liberals at federal and state agencies require public schools to enforce zero-tolerance policies, which leave students and staff defenseless and restrict their right to property. Under these totalitarian decrees, good faith students, staff, and visitors are often reprimanded for having simple over the counter medications, virtually anything that could plausibly be used as a weapon (could be merely a box cutter, screw driver, or Boy Scouts of America issued pocket knife), anything that resembles a weapon (may be as simple as a squirt gun), and even simple electronic devices on campus. It is common for these rules to apply to anything stored in vehicles parked in school parking lots. Liberals often cite the Columbine High School massacre to support these liberal policies, despite the fact that the Columbine killers had been skipping school prior to the rampage, and such rules only leave the victims in these cases defenseless to a greater degree than otherwise.
