British entertainer and presenter. Saville (born 1926) began his career as an all-in wrestler before becoming a disc jockey in the clubs of the north of England, in and around his home city of Leeds. He was an early DJ on the BBC's pop music radio station Radio 1 and was the first presenter on BBC Televsion's iconic and long running show Top of The Pops. From the 1970s he hosted 'Jim'll Fix It' where he granted requests to (mainly) children; the show was revived in 2007. He is also noted for his charity work: he has run numerous marathons, and also does sterling unpaid work in hospital mortuaries. He still lives in Leeds, in a flat he shares with his late mother's clothes. He is unmarried.
NorthumbrianDuckhttps://www.conservapedia.com/index.php?title=Noel_Edmonds&diff=100690Noel Edmonds2007-04-11T21:44:19Z
NorthumbrianDuck:

Skegness is a popular resort town in Lincolnshire on the East Coast of England. It is home to the first Butlins Holiday Camp. Its popularity grew in the 1950's in response to increased mobility of workers in the nearby cities of Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, and Sheffield. The town's success as a resort can in no small measure be attributed to two things: good railway connections to the industrial towns and sities of the East Midlands, which provided its core market of holidaymakers and day trippers; and advertising - most notably the iconic poster of an elderly, smiling fisherman skipping down the beach over the slogan 'Skegness is so Bracing'.
NorthumbrianDuckhttps://www.conservapedia.com/index.php?title=Empress_Dowager_Cixi&diff=99815Empress Dowager Cixi2007-04-11T15:56:20Z
NorthumbrianDuck: Cixi ordering murder

Empress Dowager Cixi lived from November 29, 1835 to November 15, 1908. She was a consort of the Xianfeng emperor, mother of the Tongzhi emperor, and adoptive mother of the Guangxu emperor. She is suspected of having ordered the murder of the last of these, the day before she died. Ceratinly she had kept him captive under house arrest since his abortive attempt to bring about reform in China during the 'Hundred Days' of 1898 fact
