Paxton was born in Minot, [[North Dakota]], to a military family that lived at times in five states. He graduated from [[Baylor University]] in [[Waco, Texas|Waco]], Texas, and the [[University of Virginia]] School of Law in Charlottesville, [[Virginia]].

He resides in McKinney in Collin County with his wife, Angela, whom he met at Baylor and who is also his political advisor and a current Texas state senator. The couple has four children and are members of large [[Prestonwood Baptist Church]] in Plano.

==Career==

In 2014, Paxton won election as attorney general with support from [[conservative]]s and the [[Tea Party Movement]]. In the Republican primary, he defeated state Representative Dan H. Branch of [[Dallas]], a director of the John Goodwin Tower Center for Political Studies at [[Southern Methodist University]], named for [[John Tower]], Texas first popularly-elected Republican senator, who began his career as a staunch conservative but is now considered an icon of [[Moderate Republican]]s.

Before he became attorney general, Paxton previously served for ten years in the Texas House of Representatives and two years in the Texas Senate, representing Collin County, north of Dallas.

During much of his tenure as attorney general, Paxton has been sidetracked by personal legal matters. He faces a fraud trial in [[Houston, Texas|Houston]] in December 2017 for having allegedly failed to inform those investing in the technology firm Servergy that he was receiving a commission on sales. At the time, Paxton was still a member of the Texas House of Representatives. Paxton was unopposed in the Republican primary held on March 6, 2018. In April 2018, Paxton appealed a ruling from U.S. District Judge Orlando L. Garcia, a liberal from San Antonio, ordering the state to comply with the national [[Motor Voter Act]]. In June 2018, Paxton announced the [[felony]] indictment of Zena Annette Collins Stephens (born July 4, 1965), a Democrat and the first [[African American]] to serve as a sheriff in Texas. Elected in Jefferson County (Beaumont) in southeastern Texas in 2016, Stephens defeated two male Anglo opponents, who are charged with misdemeanors - allegedly accepting cash campaign contributions in excess of the legal limit. Stephens also faces the two misdemeanor charges and an additional felony offense of “tampering with a government record.” She did file an amended campaign finance report. Stephens' attorney, Audwin Samuel, said that the charge against his client is "a technical violation of the lengthy and complex election code in spite of her trying to cure that violation once she became aware of its existence. The district has refused to share the curriculum with parents, and students are not allowed to bring course materials home or photograph the contents. Paxton argued that:

ISD spokesman Clint Bond said that Paxton's allegations have been exaggerated. The books are part of a classroom set and cannot be taken home by the students in order to prevent them from being lost, stolen, or damaged. Bond said he recalls one email from a disgruntled parent. Paxton won renomination to a third term in the Republican [[primary]] runoff held on May 24, 2022, when he handily defeated the outgoing state Land Commissioner [[George P. Bush]], the son of the [[Moderate Republican]] former [[Florida]] [[Governor]] [[Jeb Bush]] and uncle of the Moderate Republican former [[U.S. President]] [[George W. Bush]]. In the 2022 runoff, Paxton polled 630,064 votes (68 percent) to Bush's 297,025 (32 percent). Paxton then faced the challenge from [[liberal]] [[Democratic Party|Democrat]] attorney general nominee Rochelle Mercedes Garza, a former attorney with the [[American Civil Liberties Union]] from [[Brownsville]] who graduated from [[Brown University]] in [[Providence]], [[Rhode Island]] and then obtained her law degree in 2011 from the University of Houston. Notwithstanding issues surrounding him, Paxton won re-election to this third term in office.

==2026 Senate Election==
Ken Paxton is running as a Republican in the November 3 Senate race in Texas against Democrat [[James Talarico]]. Currently, most polls favor Talarico, likely commissioned largely by [[Democrat]]s as an attempt to scare [[Republican]]s into spending more into a relatively stable race they have been winning consistently since the 1980's. He is currently being called "Pen Paxton" by Talarico -- who claims he stole a $1,000 pen -- in a hypocritical attempt to deflect from his own shortcomings.

==Investigation into Abuse of Position==
In March 2023, the House General Investigating Committee announced an investigation into what it termed secretly at the time to be "Matter A". There was no justification for the secrecy other than to conceal it from the public that had recently voted Paxton into office by a wide margin.

In late May 2023, the deceptive Committee released belatedly to the public that the subject of "Matter A" was, in fact, Paxton. The matter involved a request by Paxton that the Legislature approve payment of a $3.3 million settlement involving four whistleblower staff members that Paxton had called "rogue employees".

On the 24th of that month the Committee heard the results of its investigating attorneys. Among the allegations was that Paxton used his office to benefit a campaign donor by, among other things, 1) intervening in a lawsuit involving a charitable organization suing the donor for fraud, and then attempting to force the organization to settle for a fraction of the amount requested in the suit, 2) allegedly providing details of a search warrant to identify the people involved in a federal raid on the donor's business, and 3) attempting to interfere in a planned foreclosure on several properties owned by the donor by claiming that such sales were prevented by COVID-19 restrictions against "public gatherings" (while simultaneously chastising local governments for attempts to use COVID-19 as a basis for restricting public gatherings such as church worship services).

Afterwards, in response, Paxton called for the resignation of state House Speaker [[Dade Phelan]] after the media reported (and a video confirmed) that Phelan appeared inebriated while presiding over the House.<ref>Video clips of the incident are widely circulated. It should be known that the incident took place on May 11, 2023, the 122nd day of the Regular Session, when all bills originating in the House (excluding those on the Local and Consent Calendar) must either receive a vote by midnight or be considered dead. The Democrats, as usual, engaged in the regular practice of [[chubbing]], so as to slow down the process; by the time of the incident the daily session has been going on for 14 hours and a particular bill was on its 23rd amendment; it has been argued that Phelan's actions were the result of fatigue.</ref> Paxton also said that Phelan has repeatedly blocked many conservative measures in the House which were already approved in the state Senate under the leadership of Lieutenant Governor [[Dan Patrick]].<ref>{{cite web|url=https://thelibertydaily.com/ken-paxton-calls-on-texas-house-speaker-dade-phelan-to-resign-after-debilitating-intoxication/|title=Ken Paxton Calls on Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan to Resign After “Debilitating Intoxication”|author=J. On May 25, the Committee unanimously adopted articles of impeachment against Paxton, recommending his removal from office. The Committee chair brought forth the resolution containing the impeachment articles at 1PM on Saturday, May 27, 2023; the Texas House voted 121-63 (with two members Present Not Voting, and three members absent, but only one with an excused absence) to impeach. A total of 60 Republicans, some of whom are [[RINO]]s while others feared retaliation against themselves by the [[dark money]] [[oligarch]]s, voted for the rushed impeachment. The Texas Senate (at a date to be determined) will hold a trial before deciding whether to remove Paxton from office (which would also make him permanently ineligible for any other state or local office). A 2/3 vote of the 31 members is required.

In [[California]], the Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act mandates that males who identify as transgender, nonbinary, or intersex be housed with women. California is home to the largest women's prison system in the world. A [[feminist]] group, the Women's Liberation Front filed suit claim the California law can be considered cruel and unusual punishment, which is banned by the [[Eighth Amendment]], and is also a violation of their [[14th Amendment]] [[equal protection]] clause. The women in California prisons face “substantially increased risk of sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, and physical violence,” as well as sexually transmitted diseases ([[STD]]s) and fear of attacks. The suit said women’s right to privacy is violated by having men around.

The lawsuit alleges that the “vast majority of women in prison have histories of sexual and/or domestic violence, committed against them by men.” WLF executive director Mahri Irvine said, according to ''Just the News''. “Allowing men to be housed with women, such that female inmates are forced to live in close quarters with male inmates, including when engaged in daily activities that necessitate exposing one’s body to other inmates (such as when using a toilet, shower, or changing clothes), constitutes an egregious breach of the social norms that uphold women’s right to bodily privacy from men’s view, scrutiny, commentary, or presence,” the lawsuit said. “Some incarcerated women sharing a cell with a man, along with other women, now make sleep schedules among the women so that a woman is on watch to try to prevent rape by the male cellmate,” the lawsuit said.

According to the suit, when plaintiff Nadia Romero filed a complaint about being “grabbed by a man in her unit,” and plaintiff Krystal Gonzalez requested single-sex housing after a sexual assault, the gender of the attackers was listed as female, even though both were biological males. Doing so changes “the complaining inmate’s own words, perception, and substance of requested corrective action,” the lawsuit said.

“This anti-woman law was overwhelmingly accepted by the California State Assembly members, embraced by our representatives and lauded by our senators,” Ichikawa said. “Sadly, this even includes the California Women’s Caucus. At the West Coast Islamic Society in Anaheim, southern California, where two 24-year-old men arrested in May accused of conspiring to aid Islamic State had worshipped, the message was clear: there is no trust of the Federal Bureau of Investigation or the U.S. government.

Imams and workers at mosques also described the arrested Islamic State sympathizers as victims of over-zealous law enforcement, illustrating the difficulty the Obama administration may face in convincing some Muslim leaders to identify and report radicals in their midst to U.S. authorities.

They said they found Obama’s request insulting, with some questioning why the same message is not sent to Christian churches after mass shootings carried out by non-Muslims.

“It is unfair to speak about the Muslim community in this way,” said Moustafa Kamel, the imam of the West Coast Islamic Center. An immigrant from Egypt 13 years ago, Kamel added, “there is a lot of suspicion of the FBI here.”

Obama’s call for greater self-policing of America’s 2.8 million Muslims, made in a rare Oval Office address on Sunday, was followed by a similar appeal from Jeh Johnson, his Homeland Security chief, at a Virginia mosque on Monday. Johnson called it an “ask” of Muslim communities.

Obama and Johnson made their appeals after last week’s massacre of 14 people in San Bernardino, California, by a U.S.-born Muslim man and his wife, a Pakistani national.

The FBI said the two had long been radicalized and conspired to commit terrorism without detection, underlining the challenge of finding so-called homegrown, self-radicalized extremists inspired by Islamic State propaganda.

“NO TRUST OF FBI HERE”

Kamel’s mosque is where Muhanad Badawi and Nader Elhuzayel, both 24, had occasionally worshipped in the months before the FBI arrested them in May on charges of conspiring to join IS overseas.

According to an FBI affidavit in support of the arrests, the men drew the attention of authorities with inflammatory comments on social media, especially their Twitter and Facebook accounts. According to the FBI, the men professed support for Islamic State and their desire to die as martyrs on the battlefield.

The FBI also wire-tapped their phone conversations. In one, the two discussed where they would like to die as martyrs, and both agreed on Syria. In March 2015, according to the FBI affidavit, Elhuzayel was introduced online to a woman in Palestine who professed support for Islamic State. They discussed getting married.

On May 21, Elhuzayel was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport, about to board a flight to Tel Aviv, Israel, with a layover in Istanbul, Turkey. According to the FBI, after his arrest, he admitted he had intended to travel to Turkey to join and fight for the Islamic State.

Badawi is accused of purchasing Elhuzayel’s plane ticket, using his credit card on the travel website Orbitz. Badawi was arrested in Anaheim the same day. Both men are being held without bond. They pleaded not guilty at a hearing in June. Their trial is set for June next year.

Taher Herzallaj, the manager at the West Coast Islamic Center, read through the FBI affidavit against Badawi and Elhuzayel, and questioned why they were arrested.

“They have not said anything here about attacking America or being a threat to U.S. national security,” he said. “My guess is they were trying to join ISIS to do something for Syria,” he added, using another acronym for Islamic State.

Herzallaj added: “There is no trust of the FBI here. They spy on us. We feel like we are always under surveillance. And out of all the hundreds of mass shootings, I don’t see Obama talking to the Christian communities about them. It’s insulting he would say that.”

The arrests in Anaheim followed the conviction in March of two other southern California men for conspiring to provide material support to terrorists. They had been arrested as they were about to travel to Afghanistan. In April, six Somali Americans were arrested in San Diego and Minneapolis, accused of trying to travel to Syria to join Islamic State.

At the Islamic Institute of Orange County, in Anaheim - a city which has a neighborhood called “Little Arabia” - the mosque’s imam, Mohammed Faqih, chafes at Obama’s request that mosques could do more to root out extremists.

“I didn’t like that,” Faqih said. “In these cases such as San Bernardino, the mosques did not play a role. They are loners who got radicalized at home, in front of the Internet. If we suspect anybody, we call it in straight away to the FBI.”

Shakeel Syed, executive director of the Islamic Shura Council of Southern California, questioned why American leaders did not go on television asking Christian churches to police themselves for white supremacists after the shooting of nine African-Americans in Charleston, South Carolina in June.

“Asking Muslims to do this is offensive. There is a collective responsibility to address this,” he said.

But Abdallah Soueidan, owner of Al Amir restaurant in Anaheim and an immigrant from Lebanon, said he welcomed Obama’s comments. “We must be more vigilant. DENVER (KDVR) — An 18-year-old man was arrested at Denver International Airport on Friday for his alleged connection to a known foreign terrorist group, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado said Monday.

Davin Daniel Meyer was charged with attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization. He made his first court appearance on Monday, according to the release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado.

“According to the affidavit in support of the criminal complaint, Meyer pledged an oath of allegiance to the leader of ISIS and intended to travel to serve as a fighter for ISIS in Iraq,” the release said.

The FBI Denver field office, along with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, is investigating the case.

Someone who knew Meyer contacted the DougCo Sheriff’s Office in June 2022 to alert them of their concern for Meyer’s behavior, an arrest warrant read.

Between then and November, the FBI and the sheriff’s office communicated with the person who contacted them. That person told investigators that Meyer used to be a white supremacist but began practicing Islam, possibly as early as October 2020.

The individual told investigators that Meyer had begun watching radical online content and became even more involved after attending an “eight-month-long camp between 2021 and 2022 that focused on mental health and behavior treatment,” the affidavit said.

The person said Meyer talked about traveling to Syria to fight and was willing to kill himself and others.

“In October 2022, the individual informed the FBI that MEYER had stated that if he could not go to the Middle East, he planned to get fertilizer and build a bomb in the United States,” the affidavit read.

The document said Meyer had received mental health treatment including residential treatment programs. Staff members reported that Meyer refused medication citing his religious beliefs and that he was diagnosed with “autism spectrum disorder; attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder; adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mood; specific learning disorder with impairment in mathematics; and major depressive disorder, recurrent episode, moderate.”

NBC News reported Saed Ali Mirreh, 19, of Kent, Washington, was arrested Wednesday by the FBI.

Three men from Michigan and two from New Jersey have also been arrested. Ayob Nasser, 19, was arrested Wednesday and is accused of participating in the planning of a possible attack on LGBTQ+ bars in suburban Detroit.

Nasser, his brother Mohmed Ali, and Majed Mahmoud are charged with conspiracy to provide material support and resources to a designated terrorist organization and receiving and transferring guns and ammunition for terrorism, according to court documents.

More than 2,100 arrests made in Memphis under Safe Task Force
Ali and Mahmoud were arrested Friday. Investigators say two minors, identified only as Person 1 and Person 2 in court documents, were also involved in the discussions.

Court documents say Ali and an unnamed juvenile were referenced in third-party conversations on an encrypted communication app, and the “brothers” were allegedly planning to conduct a terror attack in the U.S. on behalf of ISIS. Ali is also accused of purchasing a shotgun, an AR-15-style rifle and multiple firearms accessories, including a device that allows a shooter to increase the rate of fire on a semiautomatic weapon.

Mahmoud is accused of purchasing 1,600 rounds of ammunition to be used in AR-15-style rifles during the attack, according to the documents. The complaint accuses Ali and Mahmoud of scouting locations for an attack in Ferndale, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, and appeared to set the date for the attack for Halloween.

In New Jersey, authorities said Tomas Kaan Jimenez-Guzal, 19, and Milo Sedarat were taken into custody. Records revealed Sedarat is the son of Roger Sedarat, an award-winning Iranian-American poet and professor.

At around 21:30 in the evening, the defendant noticed Yehuda Kadouri wearing a skullcap, getting out of the vehicle while driving, unpacking bags of groceries and walking towards the apartment. Defendant followed Yehuda Kadouri some distance, followed him into the building and followed him while watching his actions as he entered the apartment. Shortly afterwards, Yehuda Kadouri left the apartment and returned to his car. Defendant saw this, opened the apartment door and entered it. The defendant moved between the rooms in the apartment and found Tamar Kadouri in her bed in the bedroom where he stabbed her in the neck several times until her death. The defendant hid in one of the rooms in the apartment while waiting for the return of Yehuda Kadouri in order to kill him and surprised him at the door. Defendant stabbed him until he collapsed and passed away.

After the murder of the Kadouri couple, in the morning the defendant left the apartment taking several rings from the deceased's room worth thousands of new shekels, as well as cash from the deceased's wallet.

The indictment further states that in March 2022 the defendant entered Israel with the aim of killing Jews while carrying a bag containing barbed wire, an electric shocker with a flashlight, pepper spray, and a knife with a blade about 15 cm long and wearing gloves on his hands. The defendant climbed the separation fence between A-Ram and Beit Hanina and entered Israel, with his face to the city of Jerusalem.

The defendant arrived late at night in the Armon Hanatziv neighborhood, wandered the streets of the neighborhood with the intention of locating a Jewish victim and murdering him out of a nationalist and ideological motive. The defendant entered a building in the neighborhood and opened the front door to one of the apartments in the building holding the knife in one hand and the shocker in the other. The defendant noticed Ivan Tarnowski (a Moldovan citizen) and two other people sleeping in their beds.
Since he believed they were Jewish and according to his early plan, the defendant went to Ivan's bed and stabbed him while he was sleeping with the knife a deep stab in the neck. The defendant then turned to the extra bed that was in the room and began stabbing the other person as well with a deep stab in the neck. Ivan got out of bed and stood in the room and the defendant fled the apartment quickly, with the deceased leaving the apartment following him. The defendant fled the building and the deceased returned to the apartment and collapsed in the doorway of the room where he inflated his soul.

The indictment attributes to the defendant the commission of aggravated murder offenses, an act of terrorism of attempted murder, an act of terrorism of aggravated sabotage and injury, membership in a terrorist organization and other offenses.

Wassim Assayed, a Palestinian resident of Hebron, was arrested between 2018-2015 for ISIS activity. A few months after his release he was arrested again for incitement and membership in the organization, and sent to prison for two and a half years. The suspect in a number of murders and attempted murders in Jerusalem is Wassim Assayed, an ISIS terrorist who has been arrested and released several times, and has acted for nationalist motives. His investigation revealed that he was looking for his victims at random, and set himself the goal of murdering Jews in the belief that this would advance ISIS 'aspirations and ideology.

Assayed, a 34-year-old Palestinian resident of Hebron, is described as an indifferent, secretive and strict. During his interrogation, he said, "I did not tell anyone, that was my secret. I decided to murder Jews for me and for Allah."

Assayed was banned between 2015 and 2018 due to activity in the ISIS infrastructure that planned to carry out attacks against Israeli targets. After his release from prison in Israel, he was detained by the Palestinian Authority for several months, and in January 2019 he was arrested again in Israel. He was prosecuted for incitement and membership in a hostile organization. At the end of the prison term - he was transferred to a long administrative detention of about two and a half years from which he was recently released.</blockquote></ref>

Both were carried out in cifty centers and targeted innocent passersby.

The terrorists who carried out the attacks were Israeli Arabs from Hura (Beersheba) and Umm al-Fahm (Hadera), and were ISIS sympathizers. Hezbollah, which sent its operatives to fight ISIS in Syria, also welcomed the attacks. In the Gaza Strip, pastries and candy were distributed to passersby.

The attack in Beersheba was carried out by one terrorist who used his vehicle and a knife. The attack in Hadera was more complex and had to have been pre-planned, possibly with the involvement of others. It was carried out by two terrorists who acquired guns, issued a video before the attack and arrived by car.

"In the name of Allah, the merciful and compassionate," said Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas, “we would like to welcome Secretary Clinton.”
“Blinken,” someone corrected him.

“Sorry, Blinken,” said the 86-year-old Islamic terrorist leader.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken had to travel thousands of miles to find a leader even more unpopular and out of it than the one he had left behind at the White House.
That was last year. This year, Abbas got Blinken’s name right, but not much else.

In 17 years (and just one election), Abbas has seen a lot of secretaries of state come and go to get their pictures taken with him before sending him a few hundred million dollars.

Last year, Abbas told Blinken that he had “postponed the elections” because of Israel and that the moment he gets his paws on Jerusalem, “we will hold them immediately and without any delay, because ultimately what we’re interested in is to establish democracy throughout Palestine.” This year they can’t be held either, because Abbas still doesn’t have Jerusalem.

The last Palestinian Authority presidential election was in 2005. Abbas won. The last parliamentary election was in 2006. Hamas won. The presidential and parliamentary elections have been postponed since then but are expected to resume any time now. If not, blame Israel.

Since elections won’t be happening anytime soon, a recent poll reveals that 73% of the “Palestinians” occupying the West Bank and Gaza Strip want Abbas to resign.
If elections were somehow held today, the Hamas presidential candidate would win 54% of the vote while Abbas would only get 38%. So you can see why there will be no elections.

Sixty-one percent want to tear up all agreements with Israel (since they haven’t kept them, that would be a technicality), 70% don’t want to negotiate with Israel and 64% don’t even want to negotiate with Biden. Fifty-eight percent oppose the “two-state solution” that is the touchstone of the entire peace process.

Seventy-three percent believe that the Koran predicts that Israel will be destroyed, but only 32% believe it will happen in 2022.
Under these circumstances, the last thing the Biden administration wants is democracy for the quarreling foreign jihadist tribes who invaded Israel over the last few centuries and were rebranded with the name of the European colonists known as the Philistines.

Blinken is fine with Abbas postponing the elections forever, because otherwise the terror clans will do what they did the last time that Bush naively allowed elections and vote for Hamas.

And that would be inconvenient because Hamas won’t pretend that they aren’t terrorists.

Four Israelis were murdered last week by a Muslim terrorist attack at a mall in Beersheva.

Despite the terrorist’s Islamic State membership, a Hamas spokesman praised “the executor of the heroic operation” and promised more “heroic operations: stabbings, ramming and shooting” like the car-ramming and stabbing spree that killed a rabbi who ran a soup kitchen and two mothers of three. So much for the claim that Hamas will inhibit the rise of the “extremists” of ISIS.
P.A. media also hailed the terrorist, Muhammad Abu al-Kiyan, who was shot and killed by an Israeli bus driver who chased him down on foot, as a “martyr.” If the P.A. follows its usual “Pay to Slay” policy in this case, it won’t just be financially supporting the usual stable of PLO, Hamas and Islamic Jihad families, but also an ISIS terrorist’s family.

And that will mean American taxpayers will end up subsidizing ISIS terrorism in Israel, as the Biden administration explores ways to bypass the Taylor Force Act’s ban on terror funding.

At a joint press conference on Sunday with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, Blinken gave a speech mostly blaming Israel for future violence during Passover and Ramadan. That speech was followed by another ISIS attack in which two heavily armed terrorists opened fire on a bus. The Islamic terrorists were taken down by cops who had been eating nearby, but not before they killed two officers.

Hamas celebrated the “valor and courage” of the ISIS terrorists, as

did Islamic Jihad.
Hezbollah, backed by Iran, praised the ISIS attack as an “important and most effective practical response to the infamous and treacherous normalization meetings that some Arab regimes are carrying out with the enemy entity,” referring to the anti-Iran summit in Israel with the foreign ministers of Bahrain, UAE, Morocco and Egypt.

Iran’s pro-Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps outlet, too, praised it as a “martyrdom operation.” When it comes to Israel, Iran and ISIS are on the same side. Much as Al-Qaeda and the government of Iran were on the same side when it came to the terrorist attacks of September 11.

Blinken meanwhile used the visit to pitch Israelis on a Biden plan to remove the IRGC, Iran’s terror hub, from the list of foreign terrorist organizations, claiming it would be “symbolic.”

She failed to condemn the terrorist attack as an ISIS attack, calling it “senseless” violence.

At his joint press conference with Abbas, Blinken also failed to condemn terrorism or to note that ISIS, with the tacit support of his PLO hosts in Ramallah and of Hamas in Gaza, was planting its flag in Israel. Instead, Blinken once again condemned Jewish Israeli “settler violence.”

Like Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland’s previous visit, the formula of Biden administration officials condemning Israeli “settler violence” while promising to “strengthen” the terrorists of the P.A. is as familiar as it is evil. The P.A. is an unwanted institution whose leader 73% of the people he rules over want to see out of office.
And 49% want to dissolve the Palestinian Authority.

Considering the decades of failure, misery and terrorism wrought by the failed Clinton initiative to create a Palestinian state, it’s long past time for everyone to turn the page on this disaster.

Neither Arab Muslims nor Israelis want Abbas or the P.A. Only diplomats like Blinken and Nuland insist on keeping the senile tyrant of Ramallah in office until he dies.

In a final statistic, the poll asked who was “most deserving of representing and leading the Palestinian people.” Thirty-one percent picked Hamas, 29% chose Abbas’ P.A., and 33% chose none of the above. Eighty-four percent believe the P.A. is corrupt and 70% believe Hamas is dirty.
The “Palestinian people” have spoken. Will Biden listen to them?
