And there was something specifically odd about my account, as I couldn't access my user page or talk page at all; they were restricted to be viewed by admins only. I've seen that happen to others that argue with [[User:Aschlafly|Aschlafly]], so I wasn't surprised to see it happen to me. And what would be the point of locking down the entire wiki, ever? At the moment, I mostly ordered the paragraphs in a way that makes more sense (starting with what she is most importantly known for, then moving to biography info, then the specific work section, then the misc. lists and stuff) and cut away some quotes. One of them was from a Holocaust Denial site, another was random praise, and the third was an excerpt from one of her works.

Noted for being highly innovative in her approach to language and writing, she was enormously influential on several authors such as [[Ernest Hemingway]] and [[F. Scott Fitzgerald]], as well as artist [[Pablo Picasso]]. She was the center and the most dominant personality in the [[Lost Generation]] circle of American ex-patriates in Paris in the 1920s.

Stein studied psychology under [[William James]] (graduated magna cum laude in 1898), and made medical studies at Johns Hopkins Medical School (leaving to Paris with no degree, 1903).
