As of July 28, 2021, none of the COVID-19 vaccines has obtained full Biologics License Application (BLA) approval by the Food and Drug Administration ([[FDA]]). Instead, the COVID vaccines have merely received Emergency Use Authorization ([[EUA]]), which means these vaccines are supposed to be optional.
There are four rival vaccines (it's debatable whether they are true vaccines) for [[COVID-19]] (AKA the [[CCP flu]]):
