Changes

Recently, I tried to create a article but I failed to do. When I click on 'publish', then it takes me to CAPTCHA. Then after finishing 'CAPTCHA' correctly, the page is again reloaded or sometimes I am redirected to another page. My changes aren't being saved. Please somebody help me.
