Arthur St. Clair

Arthur St. Clair was a member of the Continental Congress and a general during the Revolutionary War. In 1787, he served as President of the Congress from February to November.

After the humiliating defeat at the Battle of the Wabash, he was forced to resign from the military.^[1]
