Formatting Articles

Great work with the new articles, but there are just a couple of formatting issues.

When you add references you need to add the reference list to the bottom of the article (above the categories) otherwise they won't show up. To do this, just use the following code whenever you use references:

==References==

<references/>

Also you may want to bold the title in the first paragraph of each article, this is done by adding three ' to each side of the word, for example:

Tooth decay = Tooth decay

'''Tooth decay''' = Tooth decay

Hope this helps, happy editing. NormanS 23:25, 7 November 2008 (EST)

Categories

Hello

Where appropriate we try to break down categories into subcategories. Where a subcategory exists, there is no need to assign the person to the main category as well. Thanks Learn together 16:50, 8 November 2008 (EST)

OK, and duly noted. Can you explain how Canadian Political Parties is properly a subcategory of Category:Canadian Political People? Canuck 22:56, 10 November 2008 (EST)

Nice work on categorizing, like that Robert Burns fellow. --Ed Poor Talk 21:09, 13 November 2008 (EST)
