I currently attend Linn-Benton Community College. I am pursuing a degree in geomatics. Well, not yet, actually, right now I'm getting my general studies credits out of the way at a cheaper college before transferring to another (more expensive :-( ) college for the specialized courses.

I've puttered around on wikis before, so I have at least a modicum of experience working with the coding.

I'm what I like to call a "deep thought conservative". I have little interest in engaging in simple polemics. Polemics is easy. But it does nothing to make the world a better place, it does nothing to show people the truth. The truth is not easy. You cannot show people with the simplistic refrain of, for example, "Abortion is murder". You must explain to them why it is murder, you must show them why. That is the only way to convert others.
