Talk:Wounded Knee Massacre
From Conservapedia
"The deaf man had insisted on being paid for his rifle before giving it up. In the ensuing scuffle, the weapon discharged. Other armed Indians pointed their rifles at the soldiers, who then began shooting."
I'm sorry, but I'm a native american (Standing Rock Sioux Tribe of South Dakota) and the deaf man did not want his rifle paid for. It was taken from him, and he didn't know what they were doing. And the other indians did not point their rifles at them, other nearby solders thought that it was the native american that shot at them, so they shot back. --BenjaminLe 15:07, 11 January 2009 (EST)
