Euphemistic
I changed the phrase "The term moderate is a euphemistic term to describe a political view that is neither consistently conservative nor liberal." to "The term moderate is used to describe a political view that is neither consistently conservative nor liberal."
The term is not a Euphemism since it is not used in an attempt not to offend. Euphemisms are meant to be understood to mean what they mean, they are just a "nice" way of saying it.
Also, it's a minor nit-pick, but even if the original phrase was correct, its use of the word "term" is redundant, which I fixed as well.
