This article purports to be an "analysis" of this case, but it has not been updated since it was written in Nov 2007 (I assume, before the case was heard) and does not contain the verdict handed down by the Court. I tried researching the case but neither is there is any information given in the article to do the search with - case number, etc. it's a very incomplete article. JanW 15:37, 9 June 2011 (EDT)
