"It has been said" and "It is said" Are Un-encyclopedic
"It has been said" and "It is said" are inuendo or hearsay - not useful in an encyclopedia. Either something happened or it didn't - that's the kind of facts that belong in an encyclopedia, not "he said / she said." PaulBurnett 09:43, 1 January 2011 (EST)
