Richard V. Allen

Richard V. Allen was a United States National Security Advisor to President Ronald Reagan from 1981 to 1982. He had previously served on the National Security Council under President Richard Nixon.
Allen is currently a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution and a member of the advisory board to the Heritage Foundation's Asian Studies Center.
He holds a bachelors and masters degree from the University of Notre Dame.
