Dr. Phil Mcgraw (1950 - ) is a TV talk show host and psychologist that hosts his self-titled series since 2002. He gives advice to people who have extreme problems and became famous through appearances on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
During the 2004 USA presidential campaign, he interviewed both major major candidates and asked each whether they ever spanked their children.
