I think there should be some sort of rule for the titles of language pages. 'English Language' instead of simply 'English'. I'll try to move them all within the next few days. GodlessLiberal 01:45, 29 April 2007 (EDT)
- Well, that user didn't move them all (or even most) before being banned about a week later, but he had a good point here. I've just altered the {{country}} infobox to automatically link to a language article if an official language is listed, but for this to work, there needs to be consistent naming. A few already have "<language> language", but most don't. I'd prefer "<language> language" or "<language> (language)", because terms like "English" can mean things other than a language. However, terms such as "Latin language" and "Old English language" do sound a bit odd, although they would not be a problem for the infobox, as they are not current languages.
